RESIT EXAMINATION FORM

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please read the following carefully before submitting your request:

1. Eligibility
Students are only eligible to apply for a resit examination for subjects with a minimum grade of D.
This application form, together with the required payment, must be submitted before the deadline announced for each semester.

2. Resit Examination Fees
Aviation English I & Aviation English II: RM150.00 (Local) / USD50.00 (International)
All Other Subjects: RM120.00 (Local) / USD40.00 (International)

Note: All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Number of Subjects
Each application form is valid for one (1) subject only.
If you wish to resit two (2) subjects, you must submit two (2) separate application forms.
Students are allowed to register for a maximum of two (2) subjects per resit examination session.

4. Examination Attendance
Upon submission of this application form and successful payment, you are required to sit for the next scheduled resit examination arranged by the Academic Affairs Department.
Requests to postpone or defer the resit examination will not be entertained.
