1) You may only apply for graduation if you have successfully completed all required modules with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 and iCGPA of 2.00, obtained at least a Grade C+ in both Aviation English 1 and Aviation English 2 (with MUET Band 3 accepted as a replacement where applicable), obtained at least two official certificates from the Student Affairs Department, including the Aviator Camp Certificate and one additional valid Organizer Certificate and cleared all outstanding fees and payments.

2) You are required to pay the graduation fee once your name are approved by the Board of Academic.
