About UNICAM

Why You Should Join UniCAM?

University College of Aviation Malaysia (UNICAM), established in 2007, was founded with a clear and focused mission—to add value to the aviation fraternities in Malaysia. Our goal is to become the central hub for aviation management knowledge and expertise, driving forward the development of the nation’s aviation industry. As the aviation sector continues to grow rapidly across the Asia-Pacific region—fueled by the expanding economies of China and India—Malaysia is poised to play a key role in this upward trajectory. UNICAM aims to support and accelerate this progress by producing highly skilled graduates equipped with both practical competencies and theoretical knowledge relevant to the aviation world. At UNICAM, our academic and training offerings span a wide and dynamic range of aviation fields. We provide comprehensive education and hands-on training in areas such as airport management, airline management, and the design and construction of modern airport infrastructure. We emphasize the critical importance of airport security and safety, while also addressing the specialized needs of air cargo management and low-cost airline operations. Our curriculum is further enhanced with programs related to the economic aspects of airspace usage, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) management, and technical disciplines such as aircraft engineering technology and aircraft maintenance engineering. For those seeking careers in flight operations, we offer professional pilot training, air traffic controller training, and flight safety officer preparation. Understanding the vital role of front-line personnel in aviation, we also deliver intensive training for cabin crew, including air stewardess development and airport ground handling operations. Additionally, UNICAM offers niche yet essential courses such as airport landing chart designing, which supports safe and efficient aircraft navigation and landing procedures. By combining academic excellence with strong industry alignment, University College of Aviation Malaysia positions itself as a strategic partner in Malaysia’s aviation growth story—nurturing talent, advancing innovation, and championing the future of aviation.

Currently, UniCAM offers a wide array of aviation programs across Foundation, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, and PhD levels—marking us as one of the first institutions in Malaysia to offer such a comprehensive aviation education pathway.
