    1) You can only apply for add, drop or replace subjects within 14 days after the commencement of semester. Any request after the mentioned time frame won't be entertained.

    2) The fee charge is as follow:

    Add Subject: RM100/subject (Local) , USD30/subject (International)
    Drop Subject: RM100/subject (Local) , USD30/subject (International)
    Replace Subject: RM120/subject (Local) , USD40/subject (International)

    This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable at all time.

    3) One form is applicable for one course only. If you are intending to add/ drop / replace 2 subjects, then you need to complete 2 forms.
