2. Room Cleanliness & Penalty – I am required to leave my room in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in a penalty or cleaning fee, which will be deducted from my deposit or added to my outstanding dues.

3. Abandoned Belongings – Any personal belongings left behind after my check-out date will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by hostel management without further notice.

4. Compliance with Hostel Regulations – I have followed all hostel rules and regulations, and I acknowledge that any violations found after my departure may result in disciplinary action.
